GOOD WISHES FOR 2008
How times quickly time flies bye. It seems like yesterday that I was sending out my 2007 season greeting cards. I thought you might enjoy what is new with the Lesser’s.
In April our daughter Sarah and her husband Jim called to tell Ella and I that we were the proud grandparents of a brand new baby girl, Georgia Leah, eight pounds six ounces. Since then as the song goes, Georgia is always on our mind. She is of course the perfect little girl.
Our son Ari, the world traveler, has just returned from Tanzania after successfully climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with his girlfriend Jordana. He has decided to become a teacher choosing a similar career path as his folks and sister.
Last December I wrote my last newspaper opinion piece for the Londoner. Many readers scolded me for spoiling their morning coffee. I now print the Lesser Report for my web site www.career-education.ca
Because of your very kind referrals I have had a very busy year counseling. Many of you have driven many hour from afar to spend a few hours with me. Auburn, Stoney Creek, Toronto, Mildmay, Kincardine, Otterville, Peterborough, Winnipeg are no longer just place names on a map. I sincerely value the trust you place in me to explore educational/career choices with you.
The Strong Interest Inventory that I use now comes from Edmonton Alberta. The computer results are available one minute after the data is saved. Because of the immediate access to the information I need only two interviews to give feed-back/direction.
Ella and I have enjoyed sharing our home, gardens ,swans, trout with you. I have to recognize the love/dedication of our Lab Doodle, Monty, for extending a hearty greeting to every visitor. He works for cookies which he enjoys stealing from our pockets.
I recently was honored to receive season’s greetings/ photo from one of my families. “Thought you would enjoy the update Len. We can’t tell you how much we appreciate your support.”
